What the agency is
The About page tells a short story: a French family fell for Hurghada on holiday and started an agency. The site is in French, prices are in euros, and the line repeated across the site is that every guide speaks French. That's the selling point. At Karnak your guide explains it in French, rather than in English with someone translating.
The contact page gives the office at the Esplanada Mall, on the El Mamsha strip. It lists separate WhatsApp numbers for bookings, for changes and cancellations, for hotel bookings, for daytime and night-time transfers, and one just for passport details on Cairo and Luxor trips. The site shows no Ministry of Tourism licence number or company name. Ask for both if you're paying for a flight trip to Cairo.
The trip list
The range is wide:
- Islands: Orange Bay, Mahmya, Eden, Hula Hula and others, from basic boats to beach-club days
- Sea: diving try-outs, a private speedboat, water sports, a semi-submarine
- Dolphins: a day at sea looking for wild dolphins, and separately a dolphin show and "swim with dolphins" at a dolphinarium. Read our Dolphin World page on the welfare concerns before booking the second kind.
- Desert: quad, super safari, buggy, horse or carriage rides with dinner and a show
- Luxor and Cairo: sold as "formulas": Éco (shared coach), VAN (minivan), Overnight, a Luxor balloon option and a Cairo flight option
- Marsa Alam: Sataya dolphin reef, overnight snorkel and dive trips, Hamata
- Hurghada: aquaparks, the aquarium, spa days
The "formula" approach is useful. The cheap Luxor or Cairo version is a big coach with a long day. The minivan is fewer people and fewer waits. Overnight and flight cost more but give you time at the sites. Our Luxor, Cairo by road and Cairo by plane pages explain the trade-offs.
Booking and paying
You tap "Réserver", WhatsApp opens with a message ready in French, and an adviser replies with availability and price. The homepage doesn't explain how payment works. The booking site at hdreamtravel.com mentions protected payment and flexible cancellation up to 48 hours before, without saying how much you get back. Before paying, ask:
- What is the deposit, and is the rest paid in cash on the day?
- Are island beach fees and Luxor or Cairo entry tickets in the price?
- Are life jackets and snorkel gear included on the boat, or rented on board?
- Who sells the photos on the boat or in the desert, and are they optional?
Same trips with card payment
The trips are the same ones every Hurghada agency runs. If you don't need a French-speaking guide, or you want card payment and a clear free-cancellation window, the platform listings on the pages below cover each trip. Several of them offer French as a guide language. Other francophone options are on our French-speaking agencies page.
