The Cairo-by-plane day, as they run it
The trip that sets them apart from a Hurghada shop is the private Cairo day by air, about 14 hours from hotel to hotel. A rep collects you from your hotel in Hurghada or El Gouna and takes you to the airport. In Cairo a private Egyptologist meets you. You see the Giza plateau (pyramids, Sphinx, Valley Temple), have lunch in a local restaurant, then visit the Grand Egyptian Museum before the evening flight back. The listing includes the flights, private car, guide, entry fees for the listed sites, lunch, water and a shopping stop. It excludes tips and anything off the plan.
Most local agencies sell the same day as a shared group, so Memphis costs more. If you are three or four people, the private format may be worth it. Our Cairo by plane page explains how much time you really get at Giza and the museum.
The rest of the Hurghada list is short: Cairo by car, a Luxor day tour, Mahmya snorkelling, the semi-submarine, a jeep safari and scuba diving. There are also packages that combine a Nile cruise with Red Sea beach days.

How booking and payment work
You fill in the form with your nationality and the number of adults, children and infants. A 25% down payment confirms the booking. The balance is due up to two days before arrival, or in cash to your tour manager when you meet. A voucher comes by email, and you bring it with you. Prices are in dollars, euros or pounds.
The cancellation section on the trip page is general. There's no fee for force majeure. For personal reasons, you pay whatever costs they have already incurred, which on a flight trip includes the tickets. If your government or the airline advises against travel, you can choose a refund or a credit. Ask for the full terms page before you pay the deposit.
Their partner and influencer programmes
Memphis runs two programmes that are worth knowing about as a customer. Local agencies can join as partners and sell through the Memphis booking platform. Social-media creators can apply to an influencer programme with free or discounted tours by follower count, paid content, a personal promo code and commission on bookings. That's open and legal, but it means a glowing Instagram video about a Memphis Cairo trip may be a paid collaboration. Look for the ad label.
Booking the same trip on a platform
Private Cairo-by-plane and Luxor trips from Hurghada are also on GetYourGuide and Headout, run by a range of licensed operators. The platform route gives you card payment, the inclusions spelled out on the listing and, on most listings, free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Compare that with a deposit you may only partly get back.
